Mr SS Applications ("we", "us") built Audio Cutter Pro (the "App") as a fully offline tool. This Privacy Policy explains what the App does and does not do with your information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. No Data Collection

The App works 100% offline. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, audio files, or usage analytics. There are no accounts, no ads networks, and no third-party trackers.

2. Permissions We Use

Audio / media access — used only to read the file you pick so it can be trimmed. The App never scans or uploads your library.
Modify system settings — requested only when you choose to set a cut clip as a ringtone, notification tone, or alarm.

Permissions are requested at the moment they are needed and can be revoked at any time from your device settings.

3. Where Your Files Live

Every cut is a new copy saved in the App's own storage folder on your device. Your original file is never changed. Nothing leaves your phone unless you explicitly share it using Android's share sheet.

4. Your Files & Liability

Mr SS Applications is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, corruption, deletion, modification, overwriting or unintended change of any files. The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here and, where relevant, within an app update.
